you are right rockstar if they do nothing they will see $3 again but likely to be years even in production (Go back and check out GXY. They went from over $5 down to around 60 c and finally years later 5.28. At $5 they were producing! But then the short to 60 cents. All it takes is crash in Li prices, problems with shipping (as per GXY), rumours of over supply etc.
unfortunately s..t happens! The smart person would have taken the $3 and been very very grateful!!! Hell, the BOD have S..t loads of shares between them and they were very happy with a $3 offer.
Greed is not always good.
Three pieces of advice that was given to me.
Never look a gift horse in the mouth
Never catch a falling knife
