One thing I have noticed about this web site is the tendency for the stock forums to be akin to a social club atmosphere rather than an investment forum. The purpose should be to increase wealth by filtering the good ideas from the bad ideas. The problem seems to be that when the social club mentality takes over, then the varied opinions diminish, and the positive spin takes over. This tends to lead to a love affair with a stock, which is dumb. The process should always be head ruling heart. The bottom line is that the people who sold their holdings at $3 will be in the black by approx 20% on those holdings when they buy back in tomorrow. Thats what investing is about. Sure there's tax considerations to that process, but to hang on and view selling as some sort of disloyalty toward the company is totally daft.
Again just my 2 cents worth.
