I guess ALB wasn't happy with the approach Gina is doing. This is going to make Gina the biggest loser for sure. Maybe she'll be the one sell huge stake of shares and ALB will come back with lower binding price that LTR will have to accept? However this is play out, in short term, it won't go anywhere near $3 unless someone is making new proposal but Gina is blocking it... Anyway...another sad story of lithium stock..
