A good friend of mine and his wife bought 100 acres in Greenbushes 30 odd years ago. His wife single handedly made every brick that went into their home build. They raised their kids there, he built his cattle breed up and improved his soil textures over the years. In the last Greenbushes expansion of their minesite, my friend was forced to sell his property to Albemarle as it now fell into their new enlarged buffer zone.
After a couple years of trying to hold out, he got a little over market value and then was forced to relocate at age 61.
Albermale won't be getting my shares cheap.
