Albemarle does not have to notify that they got more shares from 2%+ to 4%+, because they have not reached the 5% line yet. The fact that they did so is only to inspire to SP to stay high, and this is not good for them if they really want to do the buyoff, no?
Saying that the holdings is below 5%, are they to notify if they sell? They don't have to, right? M a bit confused by their contrary willing & actions.
