I understand the BOD part, removing the Liontown board would be the stupidest corporate decision in the history of stupid corporate decisions. But what benefit would ALB have in suppressing dividends? Surely as a 51% shareholder they'd be doing themselves out of the same dividends. Where do the mining profits go then? Sit in the bank so no-one benefits from them? Sorry for the dumb questions.
