good point and the answer is no. been hyped by the media but at no point has LTR said $3 is acceptable. TG has indicated that $2.50 extremely undervalued the company and so it's safe to assume $3 wouldn't be any different. because the media says something, it doesn't make it true. if the board says $3 is a good offer they'd be recommending this to shareholders and it's just not going to happen
