The brilliant truth is that poor old ALB have absolutely no ‘hand’ in this at all (as George Costanza would say).
We control what they covet, so
a) They put in a real, big boy offer or
b) They try to buy up 51% (good luck!) pushing the price to over $20 per share or
c) They sit on their hands and someone like Elon or SQM makes a big boy offer or
d) They ‘engage’ with shareholders to discuss the ‘fairness’ of their ‘offer’ (all italics intended) and are laughed out of the house. Cry me a river please!
Their screwed every which way and we’re laughing all the way to the bank or to mining ourselves…
