Maybe just maybe this is a way to keep the shorters and BEOT from attacking our SP when and IF there is a bit of a
blowout in the CAPEX which we all know would happen. This would stop/slow them from accumulating a bigger chunk
of the shares on offer. The T/O price of $3 will steady the SP and then our BoD can use one or more of the outs when
the LOIN gets closer to production?
Maybe just maybe this is a way to keep the shorters and BEOT...
