Just had a quick look at last years annual report. By my rough estimate about 25% of the company is held by Management and close associates of management. I think I worked it out to be 25.44%. If anybody wants to do the same to cross check my numbers it would be appreciated.
The next question is how much of the company is held by long termers such as myself? I don’t wish to reveal actual numbers but my wife and I are over seven figures. We also have several family members invested. I have no idea as to how many.
Would the long termers account for another 10% or roughly 220 million shares?
