    The board isn't locked in. They can change their sentiment at any tick of the clock. It may piss off ALB but who cares? They poked the bear a little too much. Gina's newly acquired position is enough for Tim to change his decision if he chooses to. Watch this space... I have no doubt Tony has anticipated every possible move and has a strategy to counter every possible action and avoid the carnage that may have played out had they rejected the $3 best and final.

    The decision to accept the Albermarle offer was a tactical move. Poor bloody Tim! He loves his share holders and he's had to endure this without revealing his true intent.
