Some posters will try and tell you this is announcement means a superior competing bidder is locked out and cannot get due diligence or talk to the Board for 4 weeks. NOT SO. Read the second para of the Summary of the Exclusivity Provisions carefully, it is crystal clear. The door is opened for Gina and friends, it is ALB who are under pressure and have to get a wriggle on. LTR and TG have played this beautifully. Whatever offer we get you can be sure it will be the best. Shorters are in a world of pain and so stupid to short LTR.
