Not exactly correct.
If ALB acquires LTR, LTR would certainly be delisted from ASX, but would still continue as an Aust registered company (100% of shares owned by ALB, so effectively would be a subsiduary of the ALB group).
It would still be a company and have a board of directors, all "handpicked" by ALB, and prob most already being on ALB board or ALB mgt.
Pretty sure it would not include GR.
