I will not belabor my opinion on the valuation further as it seems only one person's opinion matters at this point. I certainly am in no position to school anybody on Australian billionaires and the ASX dance moves they might make to go from hiding under 5% to cracking through 20%. But I can say that ALB is a bit known for taking a long time to agree to anything, they will almost with certainty go through the full exclusivity time to make their review. And, at that point they might be looking for six months to lawyer through all the details too.
I will keep reading to see at what point everyone is expecting Gina to come through with a higher offer, how big of a stake does she want (50% seems to be the consensus), how much cash is she going to bring to Go Mining, and what does she get in exchange for that...
