Sounds like a great sales pitch from Albermarle's perspective to benefit themselves but I think you'll find Liontown and shareholders would prefer to do what's already been planned. Currently in a feasibility study with Sumitomo for downstream JV makes far more sense while printing cash out of KV, remaining 100% fully owned. It's a no brainer.
