Does this mean, any shares purchased under $3, is essentially a 'risk free' investment?
If they're buying at $3 at share, any shares brought below this is free money? a 100k at $2.90 lets say, then to be brought out at $3, = easy 3% ROI? or am I missing something, even at $3, if theres a higher bigger is $3 a bargain?
