Screaming sell. Either the DD shows they proceed with $3 that you get in 5 months time (?), or their study of the underground shows cost blow outs galore and they withdraw.
Everyone is in profit here. Many long-termers with 30 bags+. Not selling now and hoping for what, $3.20? is insanely risky IMHO when you can bank life changing gains, zero risk and move on.
Congrats to the LTs who are all banking those profits. How many of them will be posting for people to hold while they are selling into I wonder? You'd like to think not many, but lets be real, this is HC.
