Its becoming very strategic and the macro view is that China and the West are getting further apart. BEOT know this and will limit their risk doing business with China IMO. WES and LG, POSCO have experiences in this area and might step up. I really think the language that Gina has used is meant to be a blocking stake and while shares are still bought in excess of $3 there is little use to sell that back to ALB at a reduced price or the same. In fact if the market was sure that the ALB was going ahead, the SP should be trading at a discount to $3 for the lost opportunity to invest elsewhere.
