Reading the embedded link as well - obviously the location of data centres is becoming less important as long we there is an uncongested network pathway.
Taking a step further, you would have to imagine that pricing for AI compute is going to become dynamic, based on energy pricing, availability and intermittancy, Access latency and speed, and processing speed. Part of this pricing will depend on a campus having all of the necessary skills available to keep everything available and running optimally, and this will depend on the size of it. I would think that how lucrative this deal is to Crusoe might well depend on the scale.
