Has been an Advisor to a CEO before, but did raise my eyebrows that our new CEO needs to be advised by a more experienced CEO. Sounds almost more of a mentor.
Although this might be a more common scenario in business than i am familiar with.
Also, does it look like the bar for vesting options is getting lower? From memory the CEO renumeration (although this might have been the previous CEO's package) was .50c, .75c and 100c. Now .20c is an achievement to be rewarded!
