    Lets face it - shareholders pay for all business expenses. However - they benefit as well from all business earnings :

    Not quite sure I understand your negativity. Envirosuite is clearly sort of a startup with a still unexperienced management team. They might have lots of energy (hopefully), but not that much experience - otherwise they would run a larger and more established company - and make more dollars themselves.

    I do not see it as negative if a team lacking some skills hires an advisor ... much better (and cheaper) than cluelessly tapping into all the available traps, isn't it?

    Obviously - there is a point when you are wondering why you are still paying for the CEO, if all the work is done by the advisor, but I don't see this boundary infringed - yet. Do you?

    At this stage I see the cost for the advisor as any other business investment ... great if it returns value. Lets give them the benefit of the doubt, shall we?
