Even a school grade economics student knows what happens to the price when the demand expands exponentially whilst thre is only one supplier!

From my days in marketing, nothing beats this formula: create the biggest headache you can...and be the only supplier of aspirin! They will pay anything to either avoid pain or participate in gain.

BJ, if you need a few extra bucks to scale the last few meters to the top...I'm putting my hand up.
