    looks like the main winners from the shortfall are;

    Sentinel Capital Pty Ltd 700k options
    Union Square Capital Pty Ltd 700k options
    Cumnai Investments 600k options
    Lake Springs Pty Ltd (a private superfund) 600k options

    Entities weren't listed with any significant holdings on the 19th August (refer annual report) and the record date for the options was the 18th Aug.

    Question to ask is why wasn't the shortfall offered to other shareholders before these new entities? - for example long term top 20 shareholders who have been on board since IPO.
