I am going by what I read here and the fact that there has been so much debate regarding the scale back. Alcidion gave details on what will be taken into account when considering how much to scale back. When you bought? If you recently sold after the CR announcement and how many you hold with more shares going to the larger holders.
All this gives me the impression but its not a guarantee that there is high demand.
I am trying to borrow money for this raise as I have 2 accounts to apply from.
Not sure exactly when we get the instructions but believe we have until May 5th to apply so a couple weeks still.
