I wouldnt be surprised if the digital/IT budget gets redirected to accommodate pay rise. Its a big issue in the UK at the moment and with the current government clinging on thread they wont take a risk of pissing off staff/union. Also, looking forward to the new epr contract award to see if the procurement is still on and alcidion is getting ignored.
