TCV from Dec 2020 would have been front loaded with implementation service, as noted in this ann it is only $2.7m for remaining two years on that contract. You would assume that $2.7m is at current exchange rates and quoted on a consistent basis with the $23.3m.
There's no implementation cost in the renewal.
