Fair comment, albeit its more a play of words isn't it. We were substantial share holders, we sold a lot in order to fund a further purchase and we are now not substantial share holders but hold more (value?) than we did before. After all how can you previously be a substantial share holder and now not be but hold more than you did before...it has to be the increase in price, does it not?
