Haven't held this stock for quite a while but still follow the discussion on HC.
Scenario - sell off VAST for a song to some mates, who revalue some bits of VAST upwards and put these bits through another shelf company which then backdoors them as a business opportunity through the ACL listed shell company, accompanied by a capital raising. Is this how it works?
I remember discussions on some very big valuations of VAST some years back.
This company is such a disappointment!
