but then again i haven't looked who the top shareholders are yet guessing kentgrove control ACL
i think the stock and the options looks a little expensive on second read
but the 6% fee i am OK with. that is a cheap raise to me and there is plenty of work that goes into an RTO of this size
even if it is oversubscribed and demand is high collecting the money is only 1 part
i think its a little generous but lets see how it does on relisting
i dont think the market will get stuck on $500,000 of incentives to a direvtor if this is the real deal
