Don't get fooled by the lower low red bar. The lower low is on decreasing momentum from 29th Aug low and the longer term 2nd March low. Seen so many charts where substantial bounces occur/new uptrends kick start from this type of shakeout induced by pip traders/manipulators/weak hands. How the bounce plays out time will tell. It could happen quickly, or you could get a slight follow through day over the nxt couple days, before a bounce followed by consolidation and a higher low before the upside breakout.

The market absolutely does not know everything (some leaky stocks maybe), but their day to day movements are generally dictated by emotion/sentiment. How do you explain a 10% drop one day of a stock, and then a 30% + bounce the nxt. Pull out the chart of any micro cap. Even CBA you'll often see drops of $5 over a couple of wks, followed by an even larger bounce in a matter of two days on no news. Happens everywhere. That's what makes the market.

Quiet moments like these is where you want to be accumulating ALC, or use your own preferred strategy (eg, forego initial gains and wait on a breakout eg higher high/crossing of MA's etc or wait on further news confirmation). It's not some mining company where it's waiting yrs and yrs for something which may or may never eventuate from the ground, going through countless CR's where the SP slowly dwindles and dwindles away. ALC is a company with real contracts. We've seen prior contract announcements easily put 2-4c per share. The Calvary announcement alone shot it up by 3.5c and that was without even a dollar value attached. Company has released nothing but positive news, but the nature of the industry it's in requires patience.
