I wrote up a more detailed overview of my thoughts on the webinar but unfortunately my browser crashed and I idiotically didn't write my comments in Word/GoogleDocs, as such roughly an hours worth of my thoughts lost and now I have little to no motivation to rewrite what I had. So I through together some of the screenshots and a brief overview what was going on.
Below is the NICS Workflow breakdown. This shows the complexity of the NICS requirements and the nature of the different modalities of data handling/sources. NICS opted to use the Miya platform as it best suited their functional specification requirements and they worked closely with Alcidion to tailor Miya to work for their needs.

Setting appointment outcomes is easily achieved and communicates directly with administrative staff via their portal.

This patient dashboard provides an overview of details pertaining to the patient, it gives a snapshot of important details that clinicians can easily digest before needing to dive in more deeply.
