    Could be price sensitive information (ie more details re: Monash Health, or other contract). Could be the fact that they are now watching for the best time to pull the trigger, it doesn't have to be today. It is real money for them too, they want the best investment they can make. Todays world news is not super positive, they may just hold out a few days to see what happens.

    As always, patience is the key.
