    Very little chance of management qualifying for their milestone shares. Good for patient shareholders, as it means less dilution in the long run.

    Last annual report stated: "No Value has been attributed to Class A & B Contingent Share Rights since in the option of the directors there is very low probability of achieving the vesting targets "
