So, Brian Leedman bought 2 million shares in ALC in August for $80k at 4c per share.
He then gets issued 15 million unlisted options:
- 5,000,000 @ $0.045 exercisable after 29th November 2016
- 5,000,000 @ $0.06 exercisable after release of App. 4E for financial year ending 30/06/2017
- 5,000,000 @ $0.08 exercisable after release of App. 4E for financial year ending 30/06/2018
He then sells his initial 2 millon shares a few weeks ago (March 2017) at around 7.3c to fund the exercise of his 5 million 4.5c options. He now has 5 million shares.
This week he has sold all of the shares that he owns in ALC (5 million for around 6.9c)
He exercised his options and sold all his shares either side of the Quarterly Trading Window.
His next lot of 5 million options will be available to him after the release of the company's preliminary final report after June 2017. Probably likely to follow on from the above.
You have to laugh, he isn't even on the Alcidion Board 9 Months.
I was about to give him a break on the fact that he doesn't receive a salary but I've just read back on the AGM Meeting Notes that see that he gets $3,500 per month.
You would think a fresh director would want to get some new contract runs on the board before using the company's registry as an ATM and sticking the middle finger up at shareholders.
