Umm..you also raised in another post they weren't signing contracts?

signed first private hospital network in Calvary in March
signed $2.35 contract with Western Health in April
signed $NZD1.60m contract contract with the Mid DHB in NZ in May (potentially 19 more to follow once mid DHB are operational)
signed contract with Monash Health for smartpage in Oct

    Recall from the AGM,
"We are pleased with the steady adoption of our technology to date, with Miya platforms now installed in 16 significant acute hospitals around Australia and our latest version of the platform is about to be installed in a long standing customer – the Royal Melbourne Hospital – and will be implemented in our first New Zealand customer early next year. "

We're talking hospitals here and they already have some large/prestigious ones under their belt

Note latest 4c also did not encapsulate info re Mid DHB - from July 4c and Oct 4c "Mid Central District Health Board - This initial contract is expected to be delivered in FY18 Q3 and as such, no revenue has been recognised in the current quarter". And Oct 4c -> "During FY18 Q1, Alcidion completed the Implementation Planning Study (IPS) for Mid Central and generated revenues of $43,300, with the majority of the revenues associated with this project intended to be generated in FY18 Q3". That's this qrtr!

And we know the ripper part to this is "once this platform is fully deployed and operational, the Company will turn its attention to showcasing the platform to the balance of the 19
District Health Boards in New Zealand"

Regarding Calvary updates - perhaps an indication is MOU for Western Health that was signed in Aug 2016. The contract was then executed in April 2017 with the company advising "this contract represents a successful transition from a Miya pilot site to a full commercial site". Thus, it would appear its pilot to commercial took 8-9 mnths. ALC also did not provide updates in between re Western H. The Calvary pilot is now on 10-11 months? (possibly less). And though Western H had a $$ value attached, similarly with NZ mid DHB, from memory, ALC indicated there was a "scoping" element to Calvary. It was only late Nov that Rob Mann (Calvary national chief of innovation) attended breakfast with Alcidion. All good signs. Looking at the dollar value for Western H and NZ mid DHB and sheer size of Calvary (15 hospital/15 aged care organization across 6 different states) tells me this will be the game changer for Alcidion, and when you consider the upcoming completion landmark for NZ mid DHB and it's meaning to the uptake of other DHB's i think will really put a kaboom under the SP over coming months and will be the fundamental catalysts. There are a myriad of other good news that could also surprise in between given all their other activites.

Again, the Dec interview really gives a good insight:
    https://www.finnewsnetwork.com.au/archives/finance_news_network168082.html

Our M&A work, we’ve been very active looking at other companies with synergistic products to ours, with a customer base that we can upsell into, and we are very confident that we’ll be making positive announcements around our M&A work
==> acquistion announced a few days later = ticked

That, amongst other activities, will take us into new international markets. We’ve been focused on the North American market and the UK market, so we are expecting to announce entry to one of those markets. <>

We expect to be announcing a very significant growth in revenue, from both organic growth from our entry into the private sector market, but also through our M&A activity. => Calvary?

The Dec interview hinted of an M&A which was then announced 2 days later. We know from previous announcements this company does not exaggerate on updates nor headlines. For them to use such words of conviction pertaining to "we expect to be announcing a very signficant growth in revenue" strongly hints at what they know is in the pipelines and we will see this in due course possibly starting from Calvary. This msg has been consistent as the private sector is where they see strong growth due to quicker procurement times.
