As promised, the subsequent notes represent my recollections of what was discussed between myself, Ray Blight (Executive Chair and CEO) and Duncan Craig (CFO) prior to the extraordinary general meeting today.
I am going to preface everything by saying absolutely clearly from the get-go: I am not a spokesperson for the company nor do I get any preferential treatment or inside track to the management. Like most of you here, I am just an ordinary retail shareholder with significant interests in Alcidion.
I want to commend the management for being so open to an ordinary shareholder like myself. It is not often you find senior management taking time to meet up with retail investors to answer queries. I find both individuals warm and receptive, and would characterise the discussion as informative, clear, measured, responsive and covering pretty much everything I had sought for clarification on (not directly question by question, but through the content of his presentation.
A number of additional questions were also asked and answered by both Ray and Duncan clearly and openly (all based on public information or information that the company has deemed not to be sensitive – e.g. points of clarification and etc).
