I think a few people have already read between the lines and are buying. Confirmation for Rays shares will happen either Friday or Monday and I would expect Dartford contract confirmation next week too. Sub 4.5 cents will be proven cheap, it’s plain and simple Ray wanted out at any cost as he was still in profit land.
