The price will be determined by the normal forces of demand and supply. Market participants may look at the sale positively or negatively depending on their individual views. It may contribute to net selling tomorrow or net buying. There is no foregone conclusion as to what the price will do - and there are other factors at play, not just the sale.

What some of the posters above are likely referring to is that it is preferable that this quite large amount of shares (given ALC's liquidity) was sold in one go to a seller at 4c rather than sold, perhaps in parts, tomorrow (and maybe over subsequent days) into the market. No guarantees or certainty, of course, and it depends how the seller would have completed the order, but that large an amount of shares being sold on-market would have at least had the potential to create a lot of selling pressure and push the share price down, maybe quite a lot. Unless lots of buyers had suddenly sprung up, of course...
