Sometimes investors and shareholders generally get disappointed because their expectations are not realistic.
Yes, we would all like to see contracts announced on a monthly basis, but the reality is it usually does not happen that way. I would have loved to see some decent contracts announced, but I am not dumping my stock because it has taken longer then I would have liked.
I was interested to note that our cash position increased slightly which suggests we are currently earning more money then we are spending. Thats a positive from my perspective. Plenty of other little industrials would love that problem.
Management are now back from holidays, so I would hope over the next couple of months that some good announcements will begin to attract investors into this story.
Remember we are not a resource stock that can have it's share price triple in a couple of days because of a single drill result and then fall back 200% a few days later.
Little industrial stocks always do it harder because the market wants to see concrete results that show revenues and profits.
Those that have sold today have obviously lost faith in management. Why else would you sell at these levels knowing that Nathan and Ray are out promoting our company overseas and will be back soon enough to start further discussions locally about what ALC has to offer.
To sell now at these levels seems to be a weird decision. But everyone must decide for themselves I guess.
