    Now that ALC has gotten their CR out of the way, investors can anticipate upward momentum with pending news on the horizon. CR was executed @ SP of 18c to sophisticated investors so ALC unlikely to drift below this price for a while. Keen on an Announcement soon. Has been at least almost 2 months since Healthscope deal that saw SP rocket on this positive announcement and breakthrough in the private sector. All IMO only makes sense. All DYOR before investing.
