Kate made it clear Silverlink is required for Alcidion to bid full featured EPR proposals. They would not even be in the running for this if not for Silverlink. Alcidion did not acquire Silverlink with cash but through a share offer at 25 cents. It was a bold move and for a long time the share was sold off because people thought it was a wrong move especially when NHS was and still is in a mess. The other huge mistake they made was the cash flow problem resulting in a really bad capital raising. Expenses were cut at the time and hopefully that is behind Alcidion.
