short term a booster to sp, medium term it will push the sp down for 2-3 years, as it says it includes CLOUD BASED the solutions which means changing the platform of playing. If you mirror GTK's sp when it went into CLOUD BASED its solutions, what I say will be true. As it changes the income model, from purchase the whole license to be charge per seat per annual which means reduce the income a lot in a short term while increasing spending because CLOUD migration of the solutions. The migration will take 2-3 years with high spending and less income until the business finally adapting to the new charging model.
I could be wrong but just want to share my thought and welcome you all share your views.
