Could ALC expand our offerings by hooking up with Oneview Healthcare plc (ASX:ONE) or instead add a similar offering ? I am not interested in becoming a holder.

Today I received a spruik email from S3 Consortium. Apparently, Oneview Healthcare have engaged S3 to promote them.

The email said " OneviewHealthcare plc (ASX:ONE) isa health tech company that provides hospital patients a “virtualcare and digital control centre” at their bedside to deliver thebest possible patient experience during their stay.Ifyou or a loved one have ever been to hospital you probably noticedhow cruddy and dated the experience was.Thinkof ONE’s tech as asingle touch screen at your hospital bed whereyou can: Have virtual consultations (telehealth) with relevant medical specialists - local and from around the world, Control all aspects of your room (bed, lighting, temperature), Order food, watch movies, get a nurses attention (think airline business class screens), Interact with tailored rehab, education and training videos for YOUR health situation, and; Monitor your health outcomes - Doctors and nurses have better info on you. Allof the different functions you want during your hospital stay in“Oneview”.
The email also said " ONEis currently used in 9,259hospital beds around the world,including three of the top 20 hospitals in the USA."

If we teamed up we would have a leg-in to those hospitals. Alternatively, to have penetrated so many hospitals, it sounds as if their offering is readily accepted while we find securing our contracts so slow going, although that could be for many reasons e.g. the service could be offered to the patients for a fee & the hospital takes a cut.
