    I still don’t believe a CR will be necessary, Ray said this in the phone conference on Tuesday.

    We know why expenses have beeen higher recently with ALC and it was for the acquisition of MKM health and also the Smartpage acquisition and payments.

    There are still more contract announcements before June 30, am confident they will operate with current cashflow and not require a CR
