I rang up one of the main hospitals in Sydney earlier to book a Physio appointment for a knee injury I got playing football.
The lady on the phone informed me that I had to Fax in the referral that I received from a Surgeon in the same building as her a few weeks earlier. Couldn't email a copy - it had to be faxed! smh
