    Alcidion Group Limited is the listed company which was previously named Naracoota Resources Limited. The name was changed around December 2015. Alcidion Group Limited then acquired the existing company called Alcidion Corporation Pty Ltd which held the current business activities.
    All of this was clearly announced as part of the back door listing process. Nothing new there.
