Below was Ray's Calvary comments, a little paraphrased, but as close as I could get writing as fast as I could while he spoke.

Calvary - "Change of CEO, did a review of strategy - dust settled over the last 4-6 months - deal was placed on hold over this period - Alcidion team met with new CEO and was told not to read this as any sort of lost interest or cancelling of the project - other ducks to line up, back in the near future." - Ray then commented that he "didn't expect anything in the next 6 months", but that was not from Calvary, just his opinion.

I would note that Ray himself did not meet with Calvary in that instance. So all can read into his words as you see fit. Sounds like normal delays in hospital contract signings in my experience.

Other Contracts Signings - Ray also indicated that none of the contracts previously mentioned that were to be signed off this period had been lost. They were all still ongoing and on track.

The "Preferred Vendor Status" deal that Will mentions was also pointed out as one that combines the new MKM Health product range with the Alcidion Miya Platform. So it wont be small...

Ray also pointed out that the ASX has indicated that they are not allowed to announce deals under $300k to the market as they are deemed too insignificant... to me it sounded like there could be a number of these type of deals in the works and Ray seemed a little disappointed that he was not able to use these, though he did say their were "other ways to inform everyone".

MKM's current customer base was also discussed and Kate is confident that the strong on-going relationships with those hospitals will be able to be utilised to cross sell the Miya product.

MKM also have a sales team across Australia / New Zealand and the UK, which is sorely needed by Alcidion who's sales force has been lacklustre/non-existent. This was a major factor in the acquisition according to Ray.

Blue Sky are currently within their "extended time frame" until Oct/Nov this year. But Ray did think as I posted previously that they may be enough of a change here at Alcidion to have them extend this timeframe again. But as Will points out, just in case they do want out, this road show and some ongoing talks with some Insto's is being carried out.

I think that's it. I agree with Will's views on Kate. She adds a much needed element to the team imo.

Sounds a bit silly to me regarding ASX's view on what is and not a significant contract.

A $300,000 contract for a company with a market cap <$30 millions sounds pretty significant to me.
