    I am not sure if I am understanding things correctly here.

    page 2 of the presentation states a combined revenue of approximately $13 million, but

    page 4 states that 50% ($2 million) of the additional contingent payment is based on a lower revenue target of "$11 million"

    Shouldn't the target be set higher to provide the right incentives?
