This is a farce and so much so that the only explanation I can invent is that possibly its a big player making sure that another big player does not make too much when they sell out. Maybe BL has more he must sell and in financial stress from RAP, someone is making sure he has to sell cheap. Someone bought those 3 million that got dumped.
As someone told me today, there is good news, change will come !
