Agree. They don't have a great record at selling anything.
It is fantasy to say that they will at some stage have Sales contracts for Alcore. It is an important distinction between fact and fantasy. Yes the Company wants Sales Contracts, but they don't have them.
We don't need guesstimates, we need to see not only announcements but executed contracts and ultimately money in the Bank. Until then, Alcore is just a cost, yet to be proved.
